What exactly is 'Wonky Coffee'?
Wonky Coffee is high-quality, specialty-grade coffee that is sourced from surplus stock or batches with slight packaging imperfections. By rescuing this coffee, we prevent waste and offer you premium beans at a fraction of the market price.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans are on their way.
Is the coffee still fresh?
Absolutely. We only rescue coffee that is well within its freshness window. Every bag is QC-tested to ensure it meets our rigorous flavor standards before it is listed on our store.
Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose to have your favorite wonky blends delivered every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can cancel or pause their delivery at any time.
