At WONKY COFFEE, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically only accept returns on defective hardware or incorrect orders within 14 days of delivery. If your coffee arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our support team immediately for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate the return or exchange process.
- 2.Provide Proof
For damaged goods or incorrect items, please attach a clear photo of the product and its packaging to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
Once approved, securely pack the unused hardware or unopened coffee in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
